Anti-trust Office Okays Dexia Kommunalkredit Takeover by Getin Noble Bank

Getin Noble Bank was cleared to take over Dexia Kommunalkredit Bank Polska by Poland's antitrust body UOKiK, UOKiK said in a statement. Getin had already secured the consent for the deal from Poland's financial market watchdog KNF.

Getin Noble Bank signed the sale agreement with Belgium's Dexia Kommunalkredit for a maximum of 70% of book value in a transaction estimated at PLN 57 million, Getin said in November 2012.
