Polish companies MNIO and Milmex Computer Systems have signed a letter
of intent on cooperation, reports Rpkom.pl. Milmex receives the
exclusive right to acquire selected telecommunications activities
belonging to MNI, until 30 November. Analysts expect Milmex to acquire
the former network infrastructure which belonged to the Hyperion group.
MNI controls the regional cable operator Hyperion, working in Southern
Poland.
