Secondaries investor Verdane Capital has bought the existing funds in Nordic Venture Partners I.
The
fund consists of four companies, the largest being CRF Health, a
Helsinki-based service provider to the life science industry, and
Saxotech, a Danish media and advertising consultancy. Video streaming
business Octoshape and mobile device management company Excitor make up
the remainder. The fund was backed by investors including Danske Bank
and PensionDanmark.
Verdane said it had been
tracking Nordic Venture Partners since its inception in 2000 as a
DKr1.5bn (€201.1m) expansion capital and early-stage fund
