Swedish firm realises investment from third fund.
Concrete producer S:t Eriks, a portfolio company of Segulah, has acquired Stenia I Ulricehamn.
Stenia,
a supplier of natural stone and granite sourced from Portugal, China
and Sweden, was founded in 2007 and has a turnover of around SKr70m
(€8.1m). The deal will complement S:t Eriks's existing range of
services, which includes concrete supply for paving, roofing and sewage
systems, and will give the company revenues of around SKr900m.
Segulah made its initial investment in the Swedish firm through its €258m Segulah III fund.
