Firm expects further deals this year.
Selection Services, an IT services
provider backed by Palatine and Beechbrook Capital, has completed the
acquisition of Aggregated Telecom.
Palatine initially
invested in the company in 2011. The deal marks its second bolt-on
following the acquisition of hosting and disaster recovery business
Cloud Data in December 2011.
The purchase of
Aggregated Telecom, an enterprise communications provider which trades
as 8el, brings Selection Services' turnover to £37m (€43.4m) with nearly
400 employees. Palatine anticipates several further deals this year in
order to increase the company's provision of IT services to the SME
market.
